Who we are

Sunshine State Canning & Bottling ("SSCB", "we", "us") is a contract canning and bottling company at 115 NW 6th Street, Suite C, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311, United States. What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site:

• Capabilities deck form — first name, last name, email address, phone number and company or brand. Product category and project stage are optional.
• Project inquiry form — your name and email address, plus any of the following you choose to give: company or brand, phone number, product type, format, estimated volume and a description of your project.

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking on this website. We do not buy personal information from anyone, and we do not collect anything about you in the background while you browse.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your details for one purpose: to send you the capabilities deck if you asked for it, and to respond to and follow up about your project. That is our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry you started. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Who else sees it

• Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions on our behalf. Netlify also processes standard server information such as your IP address in order to serve the site.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. Loading them means your browser requests files from Google, which involves Google receiving your IP address. No cookies are set by this.

That is the complete list. We share nothing with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business relationship, and we delete them when they are no longer needed. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. US state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act give California residents specific rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for business contacts and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Our products include alcoholic beverages, which may only be purchased by adults aged 21 or over.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
