Services
SSCB runs the entire production process in-house, from the first concept conversation through to release-ready pallets. Take the whole thing, or pick the pieces you need — most clients start with one service and grow into the rest.
01 — Development
Bring us a finished recipe, a competitor's product you want to beat, or a napkin sketch. Our team develops the liquid, benchmarks it against your target, and proves it will hold up in a can or bottle for its full shelf life.
Scale-up is where most beverage launches fall apart — a recipe that works in a five-gallon test kitchen behaves very differently at production volume. We build that scale-up into the process instead of discovering it on run day.
Worth knowing up front
SSCB does not ferment, brew or distill. Alcoholic products are built from purchased spirits — we blend to target ABV, fill and package, and we bottle finished spirits straight. That covers vodka, whiskey, gin and rum, plus RTD cocktails, hard seltzer and spirits-based long drinks. Beer, wine and malt-based products sit outside what we do, and we'll say so on the first call rather than waste your time.
02 — Compliance
Alcoholic beverages carry a second layer of regulation on top of standard food safety, and getting label copy wrong can stall a launch by months. We manage the paperwork alongside the production schedule so the two don't fall out of sync.
Specific federal, state and local filings depend on your product category and where you plan to distribute. We'll map the requirements for your product during the first production planning call.
03 — Design
A can is a billboard that sits four inches from a buyer's face in a cooler door. We design artwork that survives that test and produces cleanly on the actual substrate, at the actual print process you're paying for.
04 — Production
Water treatment, ingredient staging, blending, carbonation and proofing, with QC checks logged at each stage of the batch.
Filling and seaming in 12 oz sleek, 12 oz standard and 16 oz standard, with inline date and lot coding.
Spirits bottling in 750 ml, 1 L and 1.5 L with corking, seal verification, and the same coding and traceability as our can line.
Exact fill sizes and how we scope a run are listed in the capabilities deck. Download it here.
05 — Handoff
Here's where we're straight with you: SSCB does not warehouse or distribute. We're a production company, and we'd rather tell you that than run a mediocre warehouse operation on the side.
What we do have is a dedicated partner for it. When your run is complete we hand your goods, and you, to partners we know — along with the specs, pallet configuration and batch documentation the receiving side needs. You aren't cold-calling warehouses with a truck already loaded.
You're free to use your own warehouse or 3PL instead. Either way, we build finished goods to arrive ready to receive.
Who takes it from here
We have warehousing and distribution partners lined up who take finished pallets into storage and out to market. We brief them on how we pack, code and document a run, so there are fewer questions on arrival and fewer delays getting your product onto a shelf.
