Process

How a run
actually happens.

No surprises on run day. Here's the path from first call to finished pallets, and what we need from you at each stage.

The stages of a project

Step 01

Discovery Call

We talk through your product, target volume, format, budget and launch date. By the end of the call you'll know whether turnkey or straight co-packing makes more sense for you, and roughly what it costs.

You bring: product concept, target volume, timeline.

Step 02

Formulation & Samples

Our team develops or refines the liquid and sends samples for approval. We iterate until you sign off on the flavor, carbonation, ABV and mouthfeel.

You bring: target profile, reference products, feedback.

Step 03

Compliance Review

We review the formula against regulatory requirements, build the label copy and prepare the filings your category and distribution states require.

You bring: entity details, licenses, distribution plan.

Step 04

Artwork & Materials

Label and packaging design goes to print-ready files. On turnkey projects we procure cans, closures, labels and ingredients; on co-pack projects you ship them in against a scheduled receiving window.

You bring: brand assets, or a brief for us to design against.

Step 05

Your Run

Scheduled blending, filling, seaming or corking, labeling, coding and palletizing, with QC checks and records kept throughout — the same process whether the order is your first or your fiftieth.

You bring: purchase order and deposit.

Step 06

QC & Release

Finished goods are checked against spec before release, with retained samples and documentation on file for traceability.

You bring: nothing — this one's on us.

Step 07

Handoff

Your goods leave us finished, palletized and documented. If you don't already have a warehouse or distributor, we introduce you to partners we work with regularly and pass them everything they need to receive the product.

You bring: your warehouse or distributor — or ask us for the introduction.

Common questions

Before you call.

Is my order too small?

No. We take on runs of any size — a modest first order as readily as a large, regular one. A short first run to prove the product in market is a sensible way to start, and we would rather build from there than turn you away for being early.

How long does a project take?

A straightforward co-pack of an approved formula can move quickly. A new formulation with alcohol compliance and custom packaging takes longer, mostly because of label approval and materials lead times. We'll map the dates for you up front.

Do I need my own licenses?

For alcoholic products, licensing requirements depend on your business structure and where you're selling. We'll walk you through what you need to hold versus what sits with us.

Can you just fill what I ship you?

Yes. Co-packing only is a normal way to work with us. Send your materials and an approved spec, and we'll schedule the run.

Do you warehouse and distribute?

No — we're a production company, and we don't pretend otherwise. We finish and palletize your goods, then hand you to warehousing and distribution partners we work with. If you already have a 3PL, we'll coordinate with them instead.
